I have always been drawn to natural light, shapes and human connection. Noticing the beauty in the mundane has always been part of my way of observing the world around me.
This approach to everyday moments eventually led me to noticing the same little details on peoples faces - the way their eyes light up, how they tie up their hair, how they touch each others hands.
Taking portraits is deeply special to me, because there is a lot of trust and vulnerability involved, therefore my goal will always be to make the people in front of my camera feel seen and fucking good about themselves. My art is all about people and their beautiful versatility, which has always fascinated me, and the emotions they're carrying and expressing - for themselves and for others.
